Gland Packing Graphite
Chesterton 1724 is a unique PTFE valve packing material specially treated with a protective lubricant that will not harden and does not deteriorate in a wide range of chemical applications. Valve tests have shown that high pressure is not capable of squeezing lubricant out of this interwoven valve packing material.
The Chesterton 324 offers the same construction in a square braid formation.
